Excellent breakfast options with locally sourced ingredients.
I encountered issues with the shower head, which was poorly maintained and caused a leak. It was frustrating to deal with the overly loud extractor fan in the bathroom that disrupted my relaxation. the television only picked up a limited number of channels, requiring a retune.

Rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. The breakfast options are plentiful and well-prepared, definitely a highlight during my visit.
The shower head was tied on with a blue rubber glove, which is not exactly a professional touch. I also encountered a cold shower on the second day, and despite notifying management, the issue lingered. The extractor fan in the bathroom was excessively loud, making it tough to enjoy some downtime, and the menu had a limited selection that felt lackluster during my stay. Lastly, I struggled with television reception issues, as many channels were simply not coming in right. while there were some good points, there were enough inconveniences to make me second guess my next visit.

The spacious room offered a beautiful view of the River Loobagh. Breakfast boasted locally sourced ingredients, and the hearty full Irish was satisfying. The staff's attentiveness truly stood out. they provided excellent dinner recommendations and were always on hand to assist. the television only picked up a few channels, and I dealt with a frustratingly loud extractor fan in the bathroom, which disrupted my evening relaxation. Despite these minor setbacks, I found the comfort of the bed and the warmth of the hotel atmosphere made for a pleasant stay overall.

Arrived earlier than expected and Margaret was super welcoming, getting us into warm, cosy rooms right away. The gardens were lovely for a stroll, and we enjoyed some relaxing live music during dinner. The bathroom safety bar could use a bit of cleaning, but it didn’t dampen our great stay. 😊
